That is expected to quickly become a category one hurricane, possibly as soon as tomorrow. The track takes it into the middle of the atlantic. No concern with it. Invest 99l, the model takes it through the lesser antilless. A 60 chance of develop into a tropical system within the next system, it has a chance to impact either florida, somewhere in the southeastern united states. There. Tropical storm gaston is expected to become a hurricane, maybe within the next few hours. Invest 99l, starting to look to me a locality stronger. We have a lot stronger. A 70 chance of it developing in the next five days. Gaston, it could be a hurricane by this afternoon. Maybe even strengthening to a category two storm. But its in n the central atlantic but its in central atlantic, not a problem for anyone. Almost all of the computer models take it into the bahamas and i think by the time it gets to the bahamas, it enters an area where it could strengthen intensely. This is the area we will be watching the next couple days.
