FBI raid in New Tampa has links to Kentucky Medicare fraud, murder-for-hire
The owner of the home, Lesa Denice Andrade, 61, faces up to 20 years in prison for soliciting two others to kill a witness, the FBI said.

Lesa Andrade, 61, of New Tampa, was arrested Feb. 25 in a federal murder-for-hire case. She was being held in the Pinellas County Jail, awaiting a hearing Wednesday in Kentucky federal court. [ Pinellas County Sheriff s Office ]
