Manipur Social Welfare director Ng Uttam said financial literacy is the foundation to economic development during the 15th foundation day celebration of Patriotic Writers Forum (PWF).
PAWF presented Pacha Meetei Literary Award 2022 to Maibam Premojit; Dr Saroj Nalini Arambam Parratt Literary Award 2022 to Khumanthem Aneshwori and R Kathing Tangkhul Literary Award 2022 to Devjani Yumnam.
