New leader notes pandemic has changed the landscape in the nonprofit s strategic priorities
YORK, Maine Meeting in person for the first time in months, members of the Board of Selectmen gathered for a special meeting Wednesday, May 5, at the York Police Department to greet the new leader of York Hospital, Dr. Patrick A. Taylor, and welcome him into the community.
Taylor took over as president and CEO of the independent nonprofit health care organization last month after spending three decades at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale in a variety of leadership roles, including as director of emergency medicine, chief operating officer, chief medical officer and CEO, according to his resume.
Although this past year has been challenging, an affirming and positive momentum abounds.
