Coming off a series win against No. 3 TCU, Kansas will host Missouri on Tuesday night at 6 p.m. CT at Hoglund Ballpark. The Jayhawks will be wrapping up an eight-game homestand in which they have gone 6-1 through the first seven games.
The No. 3-ranked TCU Horned Frogs defeated the Kansas Jayhawks 13-4 on Sunday afternoon at Hoglund Ballpark. Despite the result, Kansas won the series marking its first series win against a top five opponent since 2010.
Kansas Baseball will play in an early season tournament this weekend as the Jayhawks take on Texas State (Friday), Washington State (Saturday) and Kentucky (Sunday) in the Karbach Round Rock Classic at Dell Diamond here. This weekend’s games will be streamed on D1Baseball.com and live audio will be available on the Jayhawk Sports Network.
Kansas will play its fourth-straight game to open the season at Whataburger Field on Tuesday night at 6 p.m. CT against Texas A&M Corpus Christi. The Jayhawks played Illinois-Chicago in a three-game series at Whataburger Field this past weekend.
