Offering ), which expired on May 12, 2021, raising aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $1,200,000.
Upon closing of the Rights Offering, the Company issued a total of 12,655,667 common shares of the Company (each a
Common Share ) on May 18, 2021 at a price of $0.10 per Common Share. This represents 100% of the maximum number of Common Shares issuable under the Rights Offering. The Company now has 25,311,334 Common Shares issued and outstanding.

An investigation Saturday in Lyon County led to the arrest of a Princeton man for unlawful imprisonment and other charges.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office responded to Buzzard Rock Road in Kuttawa for an assault complaint and found a female victim who had been assaulted.
The alleged perpetrator, 50-year old Patrick Sheridan of Princeton, had fled the area.
A news release says the victim had obvious injuries and reported Sheridan held her against her will on a boat and would not allow her to leave.
He also allegedly threatened to kill her and her grandchildren. Sheridan also allegedly took the victim’s cellular phone in order to prevent her from summoning help.

LOUISA COUNTY, Va. (WVIR) - A Louisa County man has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a break-in at the home of a cancer victim in the fall of 2020.
Louisa County Commonwealth’s Attorney Rusty McGuire announced that 39-year-old Michael Scott Thomas pleaded guilty to eight felony charges, including two counts of burglary, two counts of grand larceny, two firearm offenses, and two counts of possession of burglary tools.
