Last decade, billions of dollars were invested in upgrading refineries in texas louisiana and those were on the gulf coast to process heavy crude oil now we have a surplus of light crude. So its created problems. I think the concern of surplus of light crude, because they are typically the shale, those wells are very shortlived, but theyre much cheaper to drill in the army are once. So theres some issues with our be going to have to reinvest for those refiners another 2. 5 billion to handle the lighter crude . There are upgrading and new Construction Projects underway right now to allow the refiners to handle that. A lot of those are taking place in your district. As eia looked at the issues . In the past we typically choose whatever we refined in the country, but now we are producing so much more that its actually, were having those downstream jobs better exports. Screeria nigeria. The tenhour drive, frankly was definitely worth it. According to your program, what were supposed to do today is first offer some insights speak briefly on a portion of the campaign they believed to be particularly illuminating. Two things ill do real quickly, if i can, the first one deals with spring hill. Spring hill was the day before the battle of franklin and what it represented was a lost opportunity to attack some union troops either at spring hill itself or some who were in colombia and would come up to Franklin Pike that night. Essentially what happened is a profound mystery in many ways. Hood planned a flanking movement which was extremely successful. In fact there were federal troops still at columbia who were going to come up the pike that night. They failed to do two things. They could have launched an attack on the yankees who were in spring hill. They did not do that. There was a fight but it was not the larger fight that i think the generals had contem

Here the statute that is key to determining whether or not celia was in fact in imminent fear of being raped. Lets read it together. Every person who shall take any woman flauflunlawfully and by force, menace or duress compel her to marry him or to marry any other person, or to be defiled, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprizsonment in the pen penitentiary for not less than five years. Any woman unlawfully against her will. How do you read this as applies to celia . That makes assumption that the woman in question has will in fact.
