A 35-year-old California man was arrested in the 3300 block of Highway 50 Friday afternoon for a felony failure to appear warrant out of Washoe County, and resisting a public officer after attempting to run from Nevada Highway Patrol troopers, and Carson City Sheriff s Office deputies.
