Shyanne Defeudis wanted to see the birth of her baby brother so badly. But with COVID-19 restrictions in place, the 11-year-old Molalla girl thought it would not be possible.
As it turned out, she got her wish and more Shyanne delivered her baby brother. Hospitals only allow one person in for labor and delivery, Shyanne s mother Jordan Eck said, and they have to be over 16 years of age.
