I broke down and cried the night of Jan. 6. Four people died that day, all because our president will not accept that he lost a fair election and has neither the dignity nor decorum befitting his office. For the first time in my life, I am truly ashamed to be an American, and I fear that Mr. Trump’s legacy will be to have irrevocably altered the way in which the rest of the world views our great country.
