New details from an April 13 armed robbery in Hutchinson, during which the victim was pistol-whipped, made to strip, and then forced from a car, were revealed Thursday when a second person police say was involved made an initial court appearance.
Juan Dominguez of Hutchinson was booked into the Reno County Correctional Center just after 5 p.m. Wednesday on suspicion of aggravated robbery and aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon.
The 20-year-old victim told police he was robbed at gunpoint while meeting with a person he thought was a friend, according to details in the arrest affidavit read by Magistrate Judge Daniel Gilligan during Dominguez’s appearance.
