The doctor who was on call the night South Africa s first COVID-19 case was brought to his hospital says a million thoughts ran through his mind.

Patient Zero from Hilton, was admitted to Greys Hospital in Pietermaritzburg.
The case was detected a year ago today - and a commemoration ceremony was held at the hospital today.
Doctor Bradley Naidoo says they received a call at around midnight. Our senior staff, the nursing staff came out and I think it must ve been an hour or so before the lady came in but that one hour with her was like one day in life.

85-year-old Francois Coertzen was last seen walking to a local shop on Wednesday.
Hi neighbour, Jacqui Ellis says search parties will be meeting at Memorial Park tonight, before spreading out. His niece is normally at home but on the day she went to work and she came home at around 12pm and realised he was missing. He normally goes and walks to go get lotto and biscuits and then comes back, that just didn t happen.
