Tuensang, May 20 (MExN): Pathso Nokeng has witnessed an exemplary display of environmental responsibility as a group of young individuals took it upon themselves to clear and pick up plastic wastes from various locations in the village.
Dimapur, Sep. 25 (EMN): Residents of Pathso Nokeng village have affirmed to extend full support and cooperation to the Frontier Nagaland demand and stand by the decision of Eastern Nagaland Public Organisation (ENPO) and Khiamniungan Tribal Council (KTC). The affirmation to this effect was made during the grassroots-level sensitisation programme on Frontier Nagaland demand held at Pathso Nokeng village in Noklak district on September 25. The programme was held as per the KTC’s resolution adopted on September 22. An update from KTC stated that the stakeholders were highlighted on the background on the demand for Frontier Nagaland and the decisions made at the KTC and ENPO levels by Z Khaoshai, KTC executive member. The president of Pathso Nokeng Public Organisation (PNPO), P Sune, has encouraged the gatherings to extend support until the demand is fulfilled, while the KTC’s September 22 joint consultative resolutions were read out by M Lusang.
