Noir Creators Space Open Market is a new vendor market highlighting historic Pflugerville s Colored Addition featuring local black business owners and creatives. The launch of this new market will be held Sunday, April 25 from 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. at St. Mary s Baptist Church located at 1202 Russell St., Pflugerville, TX 78660.
