Carolina where a Police Officer has been charged with murder in the death of a man after a traffic stop. It comes in the wake of several Deadly Police encounters that sparked protests across the country. This incident happened over the weekend in North Charleston. In the video, which we want to warn you is disturbing, you can see the man appear to run away from the officer who then points his weapon and fires several times killing him.
