Were on northbound 280 at farm hills boulevard. Pg e is trying to figure out how to replace the section that ruptured yesterday. The hillside on one side and up there its limited space that backs up to homes and private property. Its really an issue of access and how to get the equipment up there to make the repair. Theyre hoping to maybe do something this afternoon. This is line 132, the same one that erupted in san bruno last september, killing eight people.
