MagniFest returns this week on Saturday, Aug. 19 for its third annual summer festival in northern Chester County. This year’s festival runs from 2-10 p.m. and features many faith-inspired musical performances.
St. Mary of Providence Retreat Center in Elverson will once again host MagniFest, an outdoor summer festival featuring live music, praise, prayer, food and vendors.

Astronomers have been scouring the skies for new discoveries since long before the invention of the telescope. Why, just with the naked eye and some dark skies, anyone can discover about 6,000 stars, five major planets, the Milky Way, and the occasional very faint nebula.
