The Tehama County Solid Waste Management Agency (Agency) says it will hold a free Passenger Tire Collection Event next week, starting Sept 5 and ending Sept. 8 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Tehama County/Red Bluff Landfill, 19995 Plymire Rd., Red Bluff.
