Some of those areas this comes at a national level, but it is so much more important for us to drill down to the local level. There are teams we can work with. We are finding amongst our best talent coming out of citi administrations. It is something we can replicate and we should scale. One of the areas, and i think the secretary spoke to the idea of really blitzing specific areas of greatest needs with alignment and coordination. When i think of that, one of the areas weve been working a lot around, working with small business, getting financed to them. We work with the chicago teams on building the chicago micro finances. How do you replicate the work that important groups are doing in san diego, san antonio, new york . How do we bring scale to that . It takes a leadership of the Mayors Office as well

Extensive efforts to recruit from the provinces of the south. Some of these efforts are successful. As you can imagine if you put yourself as chairman in afghanistan, if you enlist as an afghan, you face Different Levels of [inaudible] the province is quiet. The taliban are not operating. Theres less threat against you and your family. Therefore despite the inferences being made, we still have challenges to recruit a member members of the Security Forces from those provinces. We purposely go and try to recruit students from the south or places [indiscernible] since the School System was not to this standard, i does not matter.
