rage caught on camera in philadelphia. this red pickup truck follows a silver suv into a parking lot. the man gets out of the truck with a sledgehammer and begins smashing the suv driver s side window. the suv drives to leave the parking lot, but the passenger door opens, a man falls out, then he strikes him with the sledge hammer and breaks the rear window of the suv. the victim did not call police. unreal. milwaukee s police chief apologizing to sterling brown after body cam footage showed a simple parking violation in a couple handicapped spots. he was tased by officers. they said he became confrontational. the chief said they acted inappropriately and have been disciplined. here s some of the video.
