　　这是1965年“上海之春”音乐会的一篇命题“作文”，著名指挥家黄贻钧给35岁的青年作曲才俊吕其明出了这道题，一批老艺术家也支持帮助他。“当时，我作为后辈是很惶恐的。怎么办，首先就是去一线体验生活。”吕其明说。　　《红旗颂》的诞生不是偶然。吕其明把自己的身心都融入这面“红旗”中。他10岁随父参加新四军，15岁加入中国共产党，19岁背着心爱的小提琴随大部队进驻上海，从此落地生根，全身心投入新中国的音乐事业。　　“我脑海里，最终将‘红旗’锁定在了新中国成立时天安门广场上升起的那面历史性的五星红旗。选取了《义勇军进行曲》起头的旋律，紧扣《红旗颂》的主题。”他说。　　为了创作，他到造船厂生产一线体验生活，看到新中国建设一派热火朝天的景象，他豪情万丈，为《红旗颂》又增添了奋发�
