– A candidate forum for the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District Trustees will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 7 p.m. at the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District Office at 800 Niblick Road in Paso Robles.
– The Paso Robles Joint Unified School District Board of Trustees is seeking candidates to fill seats in the Measure M Bond Citizen’s Oversight Committee. – Kindergarten registration for the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District is now open. The registration period began on Jan. 24 and will continue through Feb. 18. Register online or visit Paso Robles Joint Unified School District Office at 800 Niblick Road for assistance 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
– About 60 teachers, and parents demonstrated along Niblick Road Tuesday afternoon near the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District Office. The teachers are upset about the impasse in contract negotiations with school district administrators. Superintendent Curt Dubost offered teachers a 1.5-percent pay increase and one time $3,000 stipend for teachers. Justin Pickard of the PRPE Teachers Union says the teachers want a 5-percent Cost of Living Adjustment. (COLA.)
