Two senior citizens die after receiving COVID-19 vaccine in North Bengal Highlights Two elderly people died of heart attacks after taking the COVID vaccine in North Bengal. The deceased have been identified as 75-year-old Parul Dutta from Darjeeling district and 65-year-old Krishna Dutta from Dhupguri.   Two elderly people died of heart attacks after taking the COVID vaccine in North Bengal. According to the health department, one is a resident of Jalpaiguri district and the other is from Darjeeling.  Though primary findings suggest that the deaths were due to cardiac arrest, the health department is awaiting the final investigation report to come to a conclusion.
