After a disturbing discovery. Someone fired a bullet into the building on clay street. Federal agents spotted the bullet hole during a routine Security Check early saturday evening. The bullet passed through a Judges Chamber on the second floor before coming to rest in a jury room wall. Luckily the building was empty at the time.
