The delegation then laid a wreath at the Monument to Heroes and Fallen Soldiers.
The 13th National Party Congress, which takes place from January 25
to February 2, 2021 in Hanoi, is an important political event of the Party,
military and people. It is a milestone in the Party and State’s development.
A total of 1,587 delegates representing more than 5.1 million Party members
nationwide are attending the event.
