Vietnam is entering its rotating chairmanship of the United Nations Security Council in April for the second time in its non-permanent membership during the 2020-2021 tenure. Under the chair of the council, the April agenda will be quite busy with nearly 30 ambassadorial-level meetings, and the UNSC will have to solve 12 issues in its agenda involving regions from Africa and the Middle East to Europe and North America.
