We are starting out with clear sky. No fog out there at all. Nice day on the way. A few high clouds will visit us later on today. The winds are still up there, still breezy in the upper elevations. So got to keep that in mind for elevated fire danger for the Morning Hours. 11 degrees cooler in oakland. It is 14 degrees cooler in Half Moon Bay. And heres a look at those upper elevations, winds that are quite gusty. By the afternoon, theyll be more onshore and those upper elevation winds will dial back. So upper 40s in the north bay, otherwise 50s around the bay with clear sky. Well get some higher clouds in by parts of the afternoon early on. And then later on again. After two days of partnership activities, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) got new partners to help implement the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).
During the Partnership Festival held on Dec. 2, DSWD signed a memorandu
