This acquisition was sold by Newmark, and Weidner will be the property’s owner and manager. Weidner is a real estate investment and property management company recognized industry-wide as an efficient provider of quality rental homes and a creative developer of new housing.
This acquisition marks Weidner’s first community in the Moore.
