Its a classic story it had accessibility problems and the only way to deal with them was really to go in structurally change some things, so this list as simple as it is would have helped dra dramatically and it was before i was Building Official and i heard the nightmares and this will assist the developers and the clients it will also assist those behind the counter, the regulators and i talked to my inspectors and they are graciously thankful, and they do use the list now. Peoples adjust we use a model like the ftc. I think there is good work the fcc can do. I think it does its best work when it focuses narrowly on this law and is and try to get outside the bounds and try to be creative. The jobs that Congress Asks of it, that is plenty of work. In terms of what congress may contemplate in the bigger ticket universe, im not sure i know in terms of what is the best mechanism. We have some really good hard working people at the fcc and i really respect the work they do. I dont always agree with their outcomes. I wish there was more giveandtake and they were more susceptible to ideas. I think the tab i think the staff does a hard job with the tasks ahead.
