Vehicle stop in Parry Sound sees over $5K worth of drugs and cash seized, two arrested & charged by OPP

A couple of thirty-year-olds are facing a slew of charges after police say they stopped their vehicle with over five grand of drugs and cash.
On Friday last week, OPP’s West Parry Sound Detachment along with the OPP’s North East Region Community Street Crime Unit initiated a vehicle stop on Pine Drive in Parry Sound.
Police say they seized over $4,000 of suspected cocaine and fentanyl and over $1,100 in Canadian cash.
As a result of further investigation, OPP arrested a 33-year-old from McKellar Township and a 35-year-old from Essa Township.
