Phil McLellan has closed the doors on his tattoo shop again.
He says it has nothing to do with a will to fight, but due to the stress his fight against health orders has caused on his family along with non-COVID health issues within his family.

“I knew there would be stress, and I am absolutely resilient, but the fact of the matter is family comes first,” said McLellan. “I’ll figure out what I’m going to do between now and the time that we can get re-opened, I’m not going to lose the shop, no matter what happens.”
