Mr Emmanuel Kwadjo Boatey of Somanya in the Yilo Krobo Constituency of the Eastern Region has appealed to President Akufo-Addo to appoint Mr Abraham Ossei-Aidooh, former Majority Leader in Parliament as the eighth Speaker in the fourth republic.
