Chico police said the driver had made multiple attempts to force the victims vehicle to stop.

CHICO, Calif. - One man was arrested in the 2000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway Sunday afternoon for stalking, evading police, and possession of an illegal weapon, said police.
Chico police said a 9-1-1 report came in at approximately 1:15 p.m. concerning a man who allegedly was driving down Chico streets trying to force a vehicle to stop that had three college-aged women inside.
The suspect was reported to be driving a white Mercedes. The driver was observed making lewd gestures while driving dangerously, said police, who also stated that the driver had made multiple attempts to force the victims vehicle to stop.
