Thats a bucket of money thats available to use from our mou and the general fund is not supposed to be use for cca but although we can change our minds but we have plenty of money right now. So why are we getting that money from the general fund if we cant use it for cca . We get money from the sfpuc and thats separate from the general fund money and weve returned the general fund money because we havent needed it because we have enough that we need from the sfpuc. So if we could have an understanding of what this is going to cost if were going to do it, its important we do it right and invest the necessary resources to making it happen. And we have to discuss with the sfpuc about the resource allocation.
