Commission to identify a number of chinatown or chinese artists for the community to provide feedback to select the artist who would develop the eventual artwork proposed for the site. The remaining design issues is really a disagreement right now about quite a large planter envisioned for the site. And the community would like to see the footprint of that planter reduced to open up the usable space.
