GRANTSVILLE A Parkersburg woman was arrested over the weekend after allegedly stealing and wrecking a truck from Jackson County.
Amanda Rena Dickerson, 36, 814 8th St., Parkersburg, admitted to taking the truck but alleged she lent the truck from her “sugar daddy,” according to a criminal complaint filed with the Calhoun County Magistrate Court.
Saturday, law enforcement responded to Tipton Road in Calhoun County following a call from the West Virginia State Police reporting a possibly stolen truck, the complaint said. The truck was found over the hillside along Tipton Road and dispatch confirmed the vehicle had been stolen out of Jackson County, the complaint said.
