David and Goliath Battle Comes To VR World Saturday, February 13th, 2021 A new virtual reality game retells the famed showdown between David and Goliath. The game is the first offering from Virtuous VR Gaming, a company that hopes to connect children and young adults with classic stories from the Bible. Mike Woodward, who purchased the game, told Religion News Service he learned the story in Sunday school from a felt board and puppets. He says his young sons are enjoying the high-tech experience – battling wolves, a lion, a bear and finally the giant himself. Parker Woodward says, playing the game has made him realise a lot of preparation went into that battle.
