Residentes de Playas de Tijuana señalaron a la Dirección de Administración Urbana del XXIII Ayuntamiento de contemplar cambios al uso de suelo para permitir la construcción de conjuntos habitacionales, cuando en esa zona ya no hay condiciones para seguir construyendo, sino tan sólo para dar mantenimiento y mejoras, expusieron.
