I just finished freezing the peaches I bought from the Osage Lions and the Bluffton Lions. Won't they taste good this winter? I'm thinking peach crumble, peach pie, ice cream topping. There's no end to the way to enjoy these juicy treats. Do you know that 100% of the profits from these sales and other fundraisers go right back into the many projects that the Lions support?
I love spring, the green grass and leaves on the trees. I like the loons, the birds in my backyard and even the deer that nibbled on our apple trees all winter.
