Seemed half the kids in Park City of a certain elementary to middle school age, several hundred anyway, swarmed the south side of Dozier Field near the new scoreboard early Sunday afternoon.
The Park City Passing League s Digital Scoreboard Campaign raised more than its $200,000 goal to retire Park City High School’s original scoreboard on Dozier Field, the group announced.
Per a Board of Education decision last week, a $203,163 scoreboard will now overlook the school s games and show not just the score of the game, but also photos of players, their names, business logos and other images that can enhance a sports game.
