Traffic and pedestrian impacts this week:
Closures
Albert Street – Union to Queen’s Cres. – closed May 17 to 21 for installation of electrical and communications duct banks.
Colborne Street – Division to Chatham – closed until 7 p.m. July 30 for construction staging.
Garrett Street – near Division – closed until June 30 for construction staging. Local traffic may access Garrett Street from University Avenue.

La Salle Causeway – May 10 to 12
Public Services and Procurement Canada advises to expect lane closures on the Causeway 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 10 to 12. One lane will remain open for vehicles and cyclists and the bridge will remain open to pedestrians. Follow the direction of flaggers.

Load restrictions in effect: through April 30, heavy trucks and loads are restricted on City roads, where posted. These restrictions help reduce damage to roads in the spring.
