EUGENE, Ore. – A $9.8 million project is underway in downtown Eugene, and it begins with a massive demolition of the Butterfly Parking Lot.
It’s happening on Oak Street between East 7th and 8th avenues.

This will be the permanent home for the Lane County Farmers Market, which will then be year-round. The market will be an indoor and outdoor space, increasing the number of vendors allowed.
