The 99th greater says a car veered into them on frankford avenue by the dining car restaurant in philadelphias holmesburg neighborhood. Leanne went flying into the air smashing into the cars windshield before rolling off and hitting the ground. Her 16 year old friend also hit. She says the driver stopped only briefly.
