A Taranaki woman has been awarded a national fellowship, through the Institute of Directors, after 15 years devoted to the organisation. Bev Gibson is one of 22 directors to be recognised as a Chartered Fellow in New Zealand in 2020. The Institute of Directors is a non-profit organisation and the country s leading professional body for directors, at the heart of the governance community and Gibson has been a member since 2006. She holds a number of positions across regional organisations, including Parininihi Ki Waitotara and Western Institution of Technology for Taranaki (Witt).
