(Photo courtesy of the municipal government of Bauang, La Union) BAUANG, La Union - The provincial government of La Union has provided family packs, hygiene kits, and modular tents to the victims of the fire in Barangay Paringao in this town. In a statement, the municipal government of Bauang said there were 25 houses burned down by fire Wednesday night. It said 29 families have been affected and 14 of them are staying in the modular tents at the Paringao Elementary School, one family is in the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), while others are with their relatives' homes.
