And seated next to hans is don palmer, who is also one of the countrys leading in these areas, and don is a former member of the elections board of the commonwealth of virginia, and he served formally as the Florida Department director of elections during the 2008 and 2010 election cycles and also served in the Justice Department in the civil rights division.
