out of my truck, i had a there was actually a backhoe already starting to clear the road out in front of me, and then behind a few blocks back, they had a bulldozer that was already pushing any of the debris power lines down, i know there was still a lot of concern in regards to the power lines being down, and if they were still live. but there was a lot of people that i mean, the volunteers were in every direction, i mean, you look around and they were out there with their flashlights, head lamps, whatever they could do to help this community. i also back at the candle factory near where the search and rescue team efforts van was, i believe there was probably roughly 100 to 150 volunteers there ready to go. you know, literally an hour after the event. you know, i mean, you ve seen a lot of storms. i think unless you have been to a place where there s a tornado or you have lived through a

pattern. they re going, you know, house by house, although a lot of the houses just aren t standing. you know, back in, you know, katrina in new orleans, we saw a lot of people putting search and rescue teams, you know, putting x s on the doors, letting people know that it had been searched. there was no one inside or whatever they had found inside or whomever they found inside. here a lot of the structures do not have doors as the governor has pointed out a couple of times. there s just a lot of rubble. some of it is pushing rubble into corners. some is trying to clear out any personal items from the rubble around here. there s a pile over here, people have kind of put together some generators and equipment that they found in the rubble, and that they can use to kind of work on this whole area. but, i mean, this is going to require obviously some heavy equipment. they have had some smaller equipment here to just kind of try to clear out some areas, but there s a lot of work still to b
