One city in metro Phoenix made Zillow s million-dollar cities list

PARADISE VALLEY, AZ â Only one city in the Phoenix metro is a million-dollar city, according to Zillow Group Inc.
Paradise Valley was the only city to make Zillow s latest Million-Dollar Cities list, with a typical home value of $2.09 million as of November 2020, a 13.1% year-over-year home value increase.
Last fall, a seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom estate in Paradise Valley
Robert Sarver for $19.25 million in November 2019.
Carefree didn t quite make the list, with its typical home value at about $868,000, according to the newest Zillow report. The typical home across metro Phoenix is $321,359, according to the report.
