19th Annual Parade Coordinator Shawn Brown says, "That's where it changes. The parade leaves Central and heads to MTSU and Middle Tennessee Boulevard, where it goes to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and goes to the Patterson Community Center."
