The 150-foot tall iconic water tower at the Detroit Zoo is getting a new look in the coming weeks, along with new logos and branding changes for the organization.

The annual fireworks show over the Detroit River will once again be a televised-only event due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Officially named the 2021 Ford Fireworks, the show will take place on Monday, June 28 and will be televised on WDIV Local 4 (Cable 5 in Windsor).

The fireworks show will not take place in its traditional location on the Detroit River in the downtown areas of both cities, but instead at another location so viewers don’t try and gather on the shores.
